VERY BAD & SKETCHY COMPANY. ONCE I SUBMIT PAYMENT THEY SENT ME A EMAIL WITH CONFIRMATION AND NO CLASS LINK SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY. THIS IS BS AND I WILL NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CLASSES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! LINK FOR CLASSES SHOULD BE GIVEN UPON PAYMENT. NOBODY WILL ANSWER MY CALLS FOR AN HOUR SO I WILL HAVE TO MISS CLASS BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE CANNOT DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT.

I have been in the trades for 17 yrs. I have been to countless safety training classes. Freddie Jack ranks as one of the top instructors I have had. To think that someone from our company thought he was offensive is beyond belief. I apologize on behalf of the "boots on the ground".
